I am trying to access my account but it says it sends a code to my phone - but I never receive said code. I have tried both the app and a browser. Neither works. How do I access the account please?

No it is not a new number. My phone is with Telstra, my internet is with TPG. I am trying to view my internet account.
Let's check on why you are not receiving the OTP to login to your account.
