Cant access account as 2FA not received

I am trying to access my account but it says it sends a code to my phone - but I never receive said code. I have tried both the app and a browser. Neither works. How do I access the account please?

Are you using a new mobile number?

If you are not aware or not sure if the number linked to the account is updated, then you may raise this case with our Privacy Team,

No it is not a new number. My phone is with Telstra, my internet is with TPG. I am trying to view my internet account.
