Unable to send emails since sunday 7th Nov

Hi, I am getting the message below whenever I and my wife send any emails from mail accounts robertjw and kerrieaw

We can receive emails OK.

The test email in windows mail setup shows it is working works when I check the setup in the usual method.

I have changed passwords for both accounts and restarted the router.

But no change from not being able to send emails

We had a power blackout on that day.

I have reconnected the router twice since then, since it looked like a DNS problem.

I have authentication unticked on all my email accounts in Outlook, the same as I have been set up for years.

edit: Rebooted router again. Appears to be OK now.

Hi @robertjw . Do you know if your public ip address may have changed on 7th? An internet dropout?

In the SMTP setup of your accounts, do you have Authentication specified?

Or, try rebooting your router which will give you a new public ip address. Then check sending email.
