I do have a problem with an internet connection from 1 pm Yesterday and still having an issue now.
First of all, even TPG acknowledge the problem, why NBN status not showing the area that currency NBN is down ( Castle Hill ). Yesterday status was no issue in NBN.
Also, Could TPG or NBN need to inform users if downtime will be more than a day and expected up time? This is very important for who are working from home during the day using remote access.
