Change Internet dns

Hello I have been trying to change my internet DNS.

I changed the LAN settings as per other posts.

LAN DNS

However this hasn't changed internet DNS

Internet DNS

This means that all inappropriate content can still be viewed - I need to do at the level of the modem as there are multiple portable devices in this household.  Please help - I feel like I have tried everything :-(
