Change of ownership

HI, I have emailed the change of ownership form and valid IDs to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au yesterday. I understand the process takes arund 2-3 business days to complete but would I be notified after it has been processed? Also would I be able to set a date for when the change in ownership kicks in ?

@try89 Yes! You would receive a response once the change of ownership is done. You can also choose the date on when the change of ownership will be done for as long as you include it on the e-mail.
