I've just changed to another internet provider.
How do I cancel my TPG or you will cancel it automatically once the new internet has been activated.

Your account will remain active until we receive your cancellation notice via email. We can also have a member of our Accounts Team to contact and assist you.
Please send us your Customer ID or username so we can pull up your account.
