I've been charged for excess data usage, what makes this a joke is I'm on a NBN unlimlted plan and never had a working connection.
I've asked TPG why the charges to a service that does not work and show me the data usage on my account. well the can't and wont refunded my account. and to top it off if I dont like the sercive provided I'm welcome to cancel and go to another provider
