Hello, As per the advice given to me over the phone from TPG I sent an email on 16 March 2020 requesting my NBN is cancelled on today’s date. It has still not been cancelled and yesterday I was charged. Can you please advise it is to be cancelled today. Please see below a copy of the email I sent to email@example.com
