Close my account

Hi there,
We have tired to close this TPG account so many times but you guys won't let us. My old flatmate has tried to cancel TPG as well who is name on the account. We can’t log in to our online account because it is using an old mobile number that none of us has access to it. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to close an account. None of us even live at the property anymore and we all have tried to contact you and close this account. 
Can you please let us know how to close this account I am getting charged a dishonour fee when we all have requested to close this account multiple times over the last couple of months? 
This is ridiculous and makes no sense. Can you please tell me what you require to close it as soon as possible?
