Cold texting

Level 2
I was woken up at 1 am this morning by a text saying tpg had found a fault in my line and had an appointment for an nbn technician to come to my house to fix it. Of course I had to be there, was it a good time , yes or reschedule. I opted for no.
I know I have a fault, it is the nearly 40 year old copper wire that enters my house, no visit from a tecnician is going to fix it. The number was a iinet mobile number.
So if it was you guys, stop it.
If it wasn't and some one has hacked and stolen the number, stop it.
Fix it remotely or send a quiet email.
