Get online support
I keep getting disconnections after NBN installation (for 1-2 mins every 1-2 days, sometimes at night sometimes in the day) so I bought another router so I don't have to use the stock Archer VR1600v but my new router tp-link Archer AX50 can't be connected directly to the NBN box, just won't authenticate. So now I am still getting disconnections. Are there other routers that are compatible with the connection?

I have PM'd you. My details. I have just go another 2 mins dropout. I have also sent you my system log around this dropout time. I guess what I want is no dropouts.
