I am having trouble with configuration.
I keep recieving the message. “ Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.” When trying to connect to wifi. It has been 2 days now

Hi @lulrout1997 . You will have to configure the router yourself. 

The settings are PPPoE, your username and password.

What type of NBN connection do you have?

Do you have Bundled NBN/VOIP plan, or Data Only plan?

If you are FTTP connection or Data Only plan, VLAN ID is disabled.

Otherwise, VLAN ID = 2.
