Get online support

Connected, but no internet

I can't get internet connection. My modem has all green light for 4g, 5g, wifi etc. Nbn has blue light for on and blue flashing light on sqiggle next to it. Can anyone help?

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, our Engineers lodged a fault with NBN Co and their attending technician restored the service by replacing the distribution unit in the street connecting your service.
