Connecting to internet

I am trying to connect a new device (office laptop) and the internet connection requires a 'network security key' which I don't know.

Are you trying to connect a work computer to your home internet to work from home?

Are you using a cable to connect computer to router or do you want to use wifi?

Is it just the wifi password you need? The wifi network name and password should be on a label on the wifi router.
