I've had the notification that my service is ready to go... however I have already been offline for about 2 hours and learnt this could take 24-48 hours to activate.. what am I missing I am trying to work from home.

Hi @kimroberts22 . Have you just changed to TPG from another provider?

What type of NBN connection do you have?  

Are you using a TPG wifi router or your own one? Has it been configured?

What lights on NBN box if you have one and on the router?
