Connection dropping out

Can I please have someone get in contact with me please. At least 5 times a day the internet will drop out of periods.
Frustrating when this occurs but have lodged multiple cases using you app along with multiple messages.
Have not recieved a response and will not pay the next months bill unless someone gets in contact

I have reset the modem
With power on and off

Then carried out a hard reset

Now I have got an phone call yesterday when it was working but it has dropped out again today.
Modem connects ect but the little internet box on has the power light on only
