Hi,
My FTTB connection issues are still happening. I'm very frustrated with this situation with support people telling me I'm connected as opposed to looking at the fact this is happening on an almost daily basis now - probably daily but I'm not WFH everyday. I've taken pictures:
My logs are showing multiple and frequent PPP errors. Last time I posted someone - not a TPG person - told me this means there's something wrong with the connection, but not my router. Could I please hear from someone who is actually going to look into this properly, please? If someone responds to say "You're connected now", I might just explode.
