Connection light flashing blue and frequent clicking

I just moved in a new house, I plugged my modem and internet is working perfect.
However, a frequent clicking coming from NBN is disturbing and I noticed connection light is flashing. The clicking is really annoying it can be heard in the whole living room and can be multiple times in a minute or every 2 to 5 minutes.
I’ve been here 3 days with no improvement.
