Connection slow, some sites won't load, streaming not working on TV

Since around 9pm last night (Sep.18, 2022) video streaming on my TV won't buffer. Neither Prime Video nor ABC iView are working. Certain websites do not load either, including TPG's service status page. Twitch loads, but video streams won't work. Ubisoft launcher can't login, but Battlenet and Steam can. Pccasegear.com won't load, but Google and YouTube do. OneDrive is unable to sync.

If I use a VPN, sites and services all load normally, but it's much slower. I rebooted my modem/router, but the problem persists. I do a lot of my work from home and need a solid internet connection to do it.

According to the service status page there is 'third party carrier maintenance' in areas all over Australia over this week. Is that causing these issues, and when will they be resolved?

We can't confirm as of yet if your service is affected by the planned outages or maintenance in some areas of Australia.

We'd like to look into your account and run some tests to identify the cause of the issue.
