Consistent slowdowns, dropouts and bad ping FTTB

I have attempted all the troubleshooting steps and this keeps happening**

I have tpg FTTB. Over the last 6 months I have experienced severe slowdowns, dropouts, and high ping when gaming, working and browsing the internet. When speed testing there doesn’t seem to be an issue sometimes, and others the speed is crawling. I’ve done just about everything I can but it’s becoming more prevalent and it’s impacting my WFH ability now.

Would appreciate any help.
