Constant Dropouts - NSW Castle Cove area

Hi,

 

I have NBN installed for a month now (NSW, Castle Cove area). I has been great for the first 3 weeks, very fast and very stable. 

 

However connection becomes terrible since an outage on Sunday around 9pm. (An unplanned incident according to the NBN status page).

 

Since the NBN service is restored, I am experiencing frequenct dropouts everyday. Restarted the NCD and Router does not help. Now I am experiencing frequent dropout almost every 15 minutes, its worse at night time.

 

NBN network status page shows a greenlight for my address.

 

Are people in the same area experiencing the same issue?

 

@TPG please fix this.

We'd love to help see what causing dropouts on the service, to better understand the situation. Send me your accountt details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
