What is with the constant internet outages in St Lucia, Brisbane????
And none of them show up on the NBN page. Getting thoroughly sick of them, and yes I've reset my modem/router!

Apparently they monitor the line (for all of 5 minutes it seems) and find no issue. What a bull** service this is!
How useless are you people?
The issue is widespread and constant over months and all you do is flounder, flubber, deny, deflect, blame NBN, blame users. One thing you DO NOT do is FIX IT!
Currently we are looking at a stable connection for almost a day now.
To make sure that your service is checked real time and identify the cause of the dropouts, you may need to call our Tech team on 13 14 23 Option 3.
You may also provide us your preferred time and best number to be contacted by our Tech team for further troubleshooting.
