Get online support

Constant buffering and freezing

TPG, after many requests, sent a technician.
He observed problems, went away to check nbn box, said he wouldn't be returning as knock off time.
Buffering continued, we get message from TPG all sorted. Job cancelled.
Of course still not sorted!
Interestingly since my husband got onto TPG, very angrily, it has improved a little.
TPG says problem is TV's, we have 2 Sony Bravias
We are elderly, not tech literate, we find TPG phone support quite difficult to hear as opposed to Sony help line operators.
And TPG helpline operators go through the same fewsteps every time, and we run back and forwards between tv and modem turning on, turning off again and again.

Hi @Ebradshaw,

There are many factors that can affect the speed of your connection. Speeds at other times of the day are typically faster than the typical evening speeds as less customers use the Internet at the same time.

As always, actual speeds may vary due to many factors including type/source of content being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, the number of users and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by TPG

Here are some helpful articles that you can read through for reference:

I've managed to locate your account and have seen that a call is organised from our Tech team to assist you further.

Should you have a preferred time, please do let us know.

Thanks!
