TPG, after many requests, sent a technician. He observed problems, went away to check nbn box, said he wouldn't be returning as knock off time. Buffering continued, we get message from TPG all sorted. Job cancelled. Of course still not sorted! Interestingly since my husband got onto TPG, very angrily, it has improved a little. TPG says problem is TV's, we have 2 Sony Bravias We are elderly, not tech literate, we find TPG phone support quite difficult to hear as opposed to Sony help line operators.
