Constant dropouts and connectivity issue

Hi there,

 

My router is constantly dropping out only to bring itself back online. This has been happening since last Wednesday (01/01/2020). Please advise or check my line.

We certainly would like to check the status of your connection.

 

I am unable to pull up an account using your Community details. If it's not too much to ask, could you please send your Customer ID or service address via private message so we can run remote tests on your line?
