Constant dropouts with no stable internet for over a week

The past week we've not been able to receive any stable internet for more than a few minutes. 


Can you please advise as we've switched/disconnected the modem, replugged etc. but the proble is re-occuring and we are unable to browse the internet at all. WhatsApp Image 2023-10-05 at 20.06.17.jpeg

Hi - we were told that we'd get someone to come and check the connection today - we had SMSed to confirm details however never got a response and no one ended up coming. 

Can you please call after 7PM to discuss as we need this to be fixed asap.

Hi @nolosba ,

 

Our engineering team monitored the service and confirmed that the dropouts had been resolved. The service has been stable for 2 days and 18 hours now. Are you still having issues with the connection?

Yes, still having dropouts and can't connect (see photos). If you can please contact us after 7PM tonight - we were told that someone would be in contact yesterday again with no luck.
