Get online support
Good morning,
For the last few days our internet has been painfully slow. I am on a NBN50 plan but when I run a speed test through TPG, the results are Ping 33ms, Download 1.9Mbps, Upload 18.9Mbps. Currently its taken me 4.5 hours do far to download 500mb, considering it is a 1Gb file, still have another 4 hours to go! Modem was turned off reccently when we had a power failure due to a storm. Can the lines please be tested as the slow speeds are making it impossible to do my work.
