Yesterday and today I have been having constant internet drop out that can last for up to half an hour before it comes back online. I work from home so makes life very difficult. No known NBN outages, no reported issues in my town, called help desk and after being on hold the call was answered then dropped out. Can someone please raise an issue for me and have my service looked at asap?
