Constant nbn dropout

Ever since signing up with TPG last month, the nbn/dsl connection keeps dropping out.
Getting a technician out to fix it is like pulling teeth. Why is it so hard to get someone out to fix the issue?

Were you with another supplier at that address previously? Did you have dropouts then? I asume you are FTTN? Is that right?

No it’s a new nbn connection( dsl) , TPG was first to connect and always had dropouts. NBNco checked and FTTC has no faults

It’s actually FTTN

FTTN makes use of copper and associated dodgy joints all the way to the nearest node. Tests can only reveal a fault if it occurs coincidentally with the test (the bugbear of all intermittent faults). Not the fault of TPG. I suffered badly before I got FTTP
