Contact TPG

Is there a another way to contact TPG? I rang the number for tech support and it refer me to TPG app but since there is already a ticket raised last week and haven't resolved yet I can't raise a new case. I have tried to reply the the case SMS and email but have not got any response for 8 hours and unsure if the reply have reached the tech team. My NBN have red connection light flashing since the storm last night and cannot reconnect.
