Cost of cancelling my service

I have private messages other cust reps who said someone would call me. No one has so rather than mess around waiting for TPG to get their act together I have 3 months left - I will cut my losses and cancel and sign with a new company when I move house. Where do I find the pay out figure?

Don’t bother. Sticking with TPG for time being as it’s just to hard to do anything via messages etc. forget the request to cancel
