Country locked?

Hey having issues with a IPTV service can't seem to get anything i had working im wondering if tpg have put some sort of restriction on my account? country lock? NBN if it matters.

Hi @owend101010 . Which IPTV service is this?
Is it the streaming services for the Australian free-to-air channels?
Or subscription service (Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, ...)?

Or a service based overseas? The overseas service might now be geo-blocking?
Have you been using VPN?

service based overseas and a vpn doesn't fix it i just wanted to verify the problem wasnt at the tpg end.

@owend101010 . If you have a computer, can you do ping and tracert to the video website?

If it is a portable device, you could try it on someone else's connection.

Or contact the website and ask if some addresses are being blocked.

A VPN provider would need to be outside Australia.
