Hi,
I have a HFC connection roughly an hour ago 4pm aest my internet cut out can't get it to reconnect.
I've checked to see if there is an outage(there isnt)
I've tried power cycling the modem, power cycling the connection box.
I have a landline phone when I try to make a call I hear the number dialing sounds followed by a long unbroken tone.
The black connection box in my house shows:
Power: On
Downstream: flashing (turns solid for a few seconds then back to flashing)
Upstream: Off (it will flash for afew seconds only when the downstream light solid)
Online: Off
