I purchased a TP-Link AC1200 Modem router. I connected it into the port in my garage, and the power and wifi was activated, but it could not pick up the internet. It's It's DSL LED that does not turn on. I attempted to call TPG to check the status tomorrow but I was on hold for over an hour.
I need to check the status of the DSL line please, as that appears to be the issue to me successfully connecting to the internet.
