I’m managing an account for my nearly ninety year old grandmother who has the connection so the family can Zoom with her during lockdown.

The service has hit its usage cap in two days, two months running, with nothing connected. The PC isn’t on, and there are no wireless devices in the house.

I changed the WiFi password as well.

Any thoughts?

Hi SeanWing.

You can log in to her "My Account" and check what the data limit is. The plan might have separate peak/offpeak limits. You can check the account usage by date and by peak and offpeak times. Zoom may be using more data than you think.

If there are no wifi devices, just disable wifi.
