Hello,
I have an established FTTC from previous provider (Telstra) and I have checked with NBN and my service is good - however I have been waiting 4 days or so for an activation SMS from TPG, as it's a self install and fairly straight forward can you please advise why it is taking so long ?

We were able to locate your account and learned that you've been in touch with our Tech team.
They've guided you to manually configure the modem/router and the service is now online.
