Delivery of TPG modem for new installation

Hi TPG,

I have my account approved, paid, and modem been dispatched to startrack. But it's been 3 days and the startrack team says the device has not been released to them yet. Can you please check on the things from TPG side.. my tracking order number is 2569801.
