Devices are connected to WiFi but there is no internet connection

Hi there,

 

My 5G home broadband modem (Sagemcom Fast 5866T) has worked well for 9 months, but things went wrong two days ago. I can connect my devices to WiFi, but I can't access the internet (showing "No Internet Connection"). I try to reboot and reset the modem, but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you so much!

Spoke to TPG yesterday as no wifi now have wifi but no internet

Is it possible to test the Wired connection if the internet will work?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Could you provide the light status of your modem/router?

I unplugged and reconnected and now working!
