Hi. My current NBN plan is inadequate. I have been trying to online chat but when the operator responds I am unable to post my query. The operator is not able to see my response and closes the chat prematurely. Is this a common problem? Very frustrating not able to speak to someone. My mobile is +61 412 615 929. Thanks - I know this. I am a retiree. My circumstances have changed - there are now two users (including me) and we are using smart tv for streaming at different times. The 2nd user is experiencing difficulty with download/upload speed. I am interested in changing to more speed however would prefer to discuss my options. Merely going online and changing my plan is not ideal. My mobile is +61 412 615 929. I would prefer to talk to someone to ensure I'm changing to the correct plan for my circumstances.
