Had a problem very recently with my internet continuously disconnecting and posted here on the forum. The problem was temporarily resolved. But now I am experiencing constant dropping and my NBN connection is unusable. When it does connect (for a few minutes) the connection is very slow. Is there any fix for this problem?

We've tested the line and was detected a possible fault within the NBN network.
The case is now with our Engineering team for further investigation and they'll be in touch with within 24 to 48 hours via SMS or phone call once an update is available.
