Re fault lodged today both dsl & internet lights came up. Tried to connect bu was not able.
Rebooted modem but both lights have remained off

Both dsl & internet lights on modem have returned, & internet is available.

This appears to be an intermittent & ongoing fault with the line.

Can a visit by NBN Technicians be arranged to check this out ??

Thanks for raising this with us.

We've tested the line and was able to detect a possible fault within the NBN network.

 

The case has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours as soon as an update becomes available.
