Does switching plans from 50Gbps to 100Gbps increase your complementary speed upgrade?

Does anyone know if switching plans from 50Gbps to 100Gbps increase your complementary speed upgrade?

If I switch from a 50Gbps plan to the 100Gbps plan do I get the faster complementary upgrade from 250 to 1000?

I'm on HFC.

Switching to a new plan will forfeit the free speed boost that has been applied to the account.
