Dongle Recommendations

I'm working from home and my computer doesn't have a wifi card. I'm using a TP Link AC600 Archer T2U and speeds are VERY slow (ping 104ms, download 1.8mbps, upload 0.9mbps) compared with what I'm getting on my phone (12ms / 46.2mbps /19.5mbps) Could you recommend any fixes, or should I be using a different dongle?

Hi Joshshan90,

would I be correct in assuming your computer does not have WiFi card but has an Ethernet port? If so you could connect your computer using a DATA cable. Depending on the type and age of the dongle you are using you might consider upgrading it.
