Thanks for raising this with us.
We checked the account and it shows that the modem/router is getting a good connection speed.
You may check it as well using the instructions on this article: How to check the connection speed on your NBN FTTN/FTTB service
Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection? If via WiFi, are you using the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
