Drop outs every few minutes

Hi there! Two weeks ago we started experiencing drop outs every few minutes on our connection. I have had the service for more than a year and so far it has been consistent - the issue has only started recently. I have completely reset the modem/router which did not result in any change - still dropping out. Help!

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.

 

We were able to detect a fault on the copper network, which causes the massive dropouts with your service. We've escalated the case with our Engineering team for further investigation and they'll be in touch with your to provide further updates as a technician will be requested to help fix the issue.
