Drop outs

I am having network drop outs every day / this has been happening for ages but I have put up with it but now that I have netflix and occasionally work from home it is driving me mad - there are never any outages / if modem turned off them on makes no difference/ it always resolves winning 5 or so minutes but enough is enough
