Hi TPG,
Our NBN internet in Bayswater Perth keeps dropping out lately, usually works fine not recently, I have Tv and PC hard wired to router so its not a WIFI issue. Can TPG check out line and service, have used TPG app and comes up fine. But it is intermittent outages.

Is it time specific or it happens at a random time?
Have you tried rebooting the modem/router?
