Nbn technician visited 4 times in last 2 months and they changed lines, sockets and cut lines except 1 line which connected to nbn modem. Technicians said nbn provider or their modem is the problem. Alredy Tpg changed modem once. Dropouts every 3-5 minutes and they charged even I had no internet for 10days. Better change provider. Also I can't change my contact number on my account page. I can make better website than TPG.
