We have had no internet for over 30 hours - and no confirmation when it will be resolved. This is second time in a week and third time in less than a month (both times we had no internet for over 3 days - as firefighters on call we had to leave until it was repaired as we only have phone service at property when wifi connected.). This situation is causing extensive issues for entire household and we need system to be repaired urgently. We obviously can’t call or email unless we drive into the nearest township due to this issue, which makes follow up difficult. Please advise asap .
